Montgomery County Constables
Mental Health Services / Crisis Intervention Team
The Crisis Intervention Team is available for immediate mental health crisis situations. A Montgomery County Pct. 1 Constable who has been trained in mental health crisis first aid will arrive in an unmarked vehicle and immediately assist with crisis intervention. The goal is to keep the individuals safe, decrease unnecessary ER visits, and to decrease incarcerations due to noncompliance with mental health treatment. The Crisis Intervention Team member will safely escort the individual to an approved treatment facility and support them through the process.
