Haylee is a recent graduate of Texas State University with a BS in Public Relations.
Haylee’s connection to the foundation is personal as Cassidy was one of her closest friends. Haylee was a founding member and officer of the first joined for hope club at The Woodlands College Park High School. She is also a 2017 recipient of the Cassidy Jade Hess Memorial Scholarship.
